- Self Awareness: Breaking down who you are. Creating synergy between who you are and how you lead.
- Strength & Weakness Analysis: Turning your weaknesses into your strengths.
- Digging into your level on the emotional vibration scale: Raising your vibration.
Week 3-4: Authenticity + Crushing your Goals
- Social Media: Living life beyond your phone.
- Meditation: How mastering the skill of meditation can lead you to winning on the lanes.
- Crafting and crushing your goals: The 7 step goal setting process that took me to World Champion status.
Week 5-6: Communication + Problem Solving + Team Building
- Communicate Effectively: How to say what you mean so that your team understands you.
- Empathy/Accountability/Kindness: What makes a strong team and how you can become the strongest asset on yours.

In my humble opinion, not everyone possesses the requisite skills to be a leader; although, many leadership skills can be learned and acquired through diligence.
