The culture of winning isn't just winning. It's a process. It's an athlete's entire life: the people in their life, their mindset, before games and after.
Diandra Asbaty, Post #149

Programs I work with most often.

Every team is different. Every program has its own culture. The work is built around what your athletes actually need, not a one-size-fits-all template.

Engagement formats

Three ways in. One philosophy.

Pick the format that fits your team: live on Zoom, on-site at your center, or a multi-week build-out across your season.

What every team engagement includes

A real install. Not a guest talk.

Every team I work with leaves with the same things: the language, the routine, and a way to keep working without me in the room. The point is to make your program better long after I'm gone.

"You become who you're around. That's not just true for athletes; it's true for the culture you build around them."
Why teams hire me

The room tells the truth.

I've been on the team that didn't high-five me when I struck. I've been the youngest on Team USA, and the veteran on the anchor lane. I've been the one whose name in the lineup was supposed to mean the gold was already decided.

I know what teams are actually like, and I know how the mental game work changes the energy in a room when it's done honestly.

I also run the Elite Youth Tour, a 501(c)(3) youth bowling organization I founded in 2012. Hundreds of athletes have come through it. The team work I bring to your program is shaped by every one of those rooms.

Common questions

Before you inquire.

How is Team Coaching different from 12 Frames?
12 Frames is the individual curriculum: one athlete, their own head. Team Coaching brings that same mental-game work into a team setting and adds the layer that 12 Frames intentionally doesn't cover: group dynamics, team culture, communication, how teammates affect each other's mental game. The frames are the foundation; the team context is the install.
How big can a team be?
The Half-Day Install works well up to 25 athletes. The Team + Parent Day comfortably handles 40 athletes (and their parents) with the right room. Season Partnerships scale based on the program. We'll size it together on the intake call.
Do you travel?
Yes. I travel from Chicago to teams across the country. Travel costs are added to the quote at actuals. We book together so it stays transparent. Virtual options exist for any format if travel isn't feasible.
Can you work with a non-bowling team?
The frames metaphor maps cleanly to bowling, but the mental game work is sport-agnostic. I've adapted the curriculum for non-bowling programs before. If you're a coach in another sport who's interested, send an inquiry and we'll talk through what an adaptation would look like.
How far in advance should I book?
4–6 weeks is typical. Some seasons fill up earlier: preseason install dates (Aug–Sep for school teams, Oct–Nov for youth circuits) book first. If you have a specific window, get in touch sooner rather than later.
What's the easiest way to start?
Send an inquiry below with your program size, your season, and what you're hoping to shift. I'll come back personally with a recommended format and a quote. From there, a call to align on the work, and we book the dates.
Inquire for your team

Tell me about your program.

The more I know about your team going in, the better the recommendation will be. I'll come back to you personally with a suggested format and a quote.

"When you are in their lives, you can contribute to their culture of winning."

48-hour reply. From me, not an assistant.

The strongest teams talk about it.

The mental game is the part most programs leave on the table. It's also the part your athletes will remember years after their last frame.
