The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to all visitors, customers, and users of the Sites. The term “Services” includes all online courses, coaching programs, workshops, blogs, email series, and other offerings provided by Beyond the Lanes LLC.

Refund Policy

  1. Courses and Digital Products:
    • Refunds for online courses (e.g., Road to College Bowling, Bowling Mental Mastery) may be requested in writing within 14 days of purchase.
    • Refunds will be granted at our discretion and only if you demonstrate that you attempted to apply the methods taught in the course.
  2. Coaching and Services:
    • Refunds for coaching packages are subject to the terms of the individual contract signed at the time of purchase.
  3. Refund Conditions:
    • If a refund is granted, access to all program materials, bonuses, and communities will be revoked immediately.

Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership:
    • All content on the Sites and Services, including text, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of Beyond the Lanes LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  2. Restrictions:
    • You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
  3. User Submissions:
    • By submitting content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the content for marketing and promotional purposes.

    • Before initiating legal action, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Sites. Continued use of the Sites indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability
