In my humble opinion, not everyone possesses the requisite skills to be a leader; although, many leadership skills can be learned and acquired through diligence. The leader is talented, charismatic, credible, self-critiquing, genuine, self-less while maintaining self confidence and inspiring the best in others. Innately, the leader presents with certain traits that are refined throughout life's experiences. A leader's light draws others to their flame and ignites the individual passions of those others. Not everyone is a leader in every situation. But, not everyone is Diandra Asbaty, either.

Diandra’s love for the game and passion for excellence motivates me to bring my best each time I’m confronted with a challenge. As a coach, I learned the importance of empathy and creating a positive and encouraging environment. As a player, the tips and development challenges remind me to not let the bad shot dictate my entire series. As a Mom, I have been amazed watching my daughter transform her mental approach and apply the practical applications to her game and life as she went through the course.

For so long I’ve been just one every of them (group/family) that hiding my authentic drive, passion, and callings has become my normal. In week 2, I felt challenged to spend introspection time truly identifying my authentic self not the facade I’ve resigned myself to always be.

Beyond the Lanes is the key to unlocking your inner self by preparing mentally off the lanes to enhance your performance on the lanes.

I was looking for a way to improve what i believed what was holding me back. I tried a number of methods that did not seem to work. BTL worked for me because the coach cares about what the students get out of the course. Very encouraging and worked with us rather than talking to us. Many of the real life experiences were shared and helped me to make peace with my game. I feel that the subjects shared have really helped me to unlock my true potential that I was blind to before taking this course. The support from the coach every step of the way kept me fully engaged. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to unlock whats missing, from the beginner to pro, I think this course will appeal to all. I no longer feel I am being held back.

From the first time I met Diandra I could feel a sense of purpose, drive, and a certain selflessness. That was back when Diandra had a DVD bowling product available and I was just beginning 6 years of Coaching bowling for Marist H.S.. A couple years of unbelievably staffed IAB Weekends later with my older son Pete and then visiting The Elite Youth Tour some years later with our youngest, Luke, and we were hooked and struck again with an extremely well put together bowling EYT family geared toward growth in professionalism. Our world suddenly changed and we were quarantined. Beyond the Lanes is a 6 week program that helps build confidence and developing positive mindset. Becoming a better person off the lanes to then grow on the lanes (and in life overall).

The class exceeded my expectations. As business professional, I have heard several of the topics in past seminars. This class put a unique spin on them and nicely connected each weekly session.
